Privacy Policy

This page explains what happens with your data when you visit IndexWolf and use the tools.
Summary
No accounts, no signup, no logins. The tools run in your browser — whatever you type or paste into a tool stays on your device. Like any website, the site itself is served through a hosting provider (Cloudflare), which receives standard request metadata for security and analytics.
1. What the tools collect
Nothing. Every tool on this site is static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that runs in your browser. Text, URLs, robots.txt content, schema fields, product descriptions, headings, and anything else you type or paste into a tool stays in your browser. We have no backend server that receives that input and no database that stores it.
2. Hosting
The site is served through Cloudflare, which acts as our hosting and security provider. As with any visit to any website, Cloudflare receives standard request metadata (IP address, browser, requested URL, timestamp) and uses it to serve the page and to block malicious traffic. We use Cloudflare's privacy-friendly Web Analytics, which shows us aggregate, anonymous totals only — we do not see individual visitors or their IPs. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for their practices.
3. Cookies
We do not set any cookies. Cloudflare may set a small number of essential security cookies (such as __cf_bm) to block bots and protect the site.
4. What stays in your browser only
To remember your preferences and avoid losing work in progress, some tools save small amounts of data to your browser's local storage. These values never leave your device:
seolab-theme— your light/dark mode preferenceseolab-utm-history— the last 20 tracking links generated by the UTM Link Builder, so you can re-copy them later- Seller-tool drafts — the Etsy / Shopify / eBay description generators auto-save your form fields, selected template, and generated output so you don't lose work when you close the tab
- Other tools may save their own form state (selected options, recent inputs) under similar tool-specific keys
You can inspect everything saved by your browser via DevTools → Application → Local Storage, and clear it at any time using your browser's standard "Clear site data" option. Clearing local storage will not break anything; the tools will revert to default settings.
5. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws)
Because we do not have user accounts, do not collect tool input on our servers, and do not maintain a personal-data store of our own, we have no record we can search, export, correct, or delete on your behalf.
The data that Cloudflare receives (your IP and standard request metadata) is held by Cloudflare under their own privacy policy and retention schedule. If you wish to exercise rights over data Cloudflare may hold about your visit, contact us at the email below and we will forward your request.
6. Age
IndexWolf is intended for users aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, please do not use this site.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
